Description
We will be sewing the Garden Goddess Apron, designed by the instructor herself. This cute apron is a gardener’s friend. The large pouch comes in handy while gathering the fruits of your labor and the tool loop keeps your garden shears right at hand. The design is meant to be “zero-waste” so don’t expect to have any scraps! It is a suitable project for those with some sewing experience. Some of the skills required are marking, cutting fabric, basic sewing machine operation, gathering, and turning corners.
I am sewing and growing the good stuff with my three boys on my farm in rural North Dakota. I strive to improve the quality of life in rural areas through agriculture & the arts and following my own creative way. My mission is to cultivate creativity along with the land. I draw inspiration from my heritage and nature. I strive to maintain family values and good health while offering inspiration to others and fostering inclusivity to promote rural vibrance. I work with an awareness of the impacts of my activities and make conscious efforts toward sustainability.
