2 Shepherds that joined our fiber arts businesses, purchased a 100 year old abandoned school building and poured all of our money, thoughts, energy and love into restoring this beautiful historical structure. We look forward to sharing our love of the fiber arts as well as many other arts with everyone who visits our beautiful facility.

The renovated 100 year old schoolhouse is located on a peaceful piece of rural property, on the edge of Nome, ND. Open year round, the schoolhouse is a haven for makers and doers. Home of Shepherd Industries, LLC (Dakota Fiber Mill and Bear Creek Felting), The Eweniversity, Nome Schoolhouse Event Center and boutique hotel.
